The weekend will include worship services on Friday night, Saturday night, & Sunday morning, free time all Saturday, camp-like experience Sunday, and of course a glow party to ring in the New Year.

Cost

Conference Registration

Each person, both student and chaperone/parent, must register online. Each conference registration will covers the event fees, 5 meals, and lodging for 3 nights.

We have two difference registration options:

  • Dorm – $90 per person
  • Main Building – $140 per person (2-4 person capacity)

All lodging will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted by someone at Cragmont if your desired lodging has already been filled.

How to Prepare

Chaperone Requirement

At least one male chaperone is required for any number of boys from a group and at least one female chaperone is required for any number of girls from a group. They are to be in charge of each student for the duration of the weekend.

Families are also welcome. If you would like to lodge together as a family, please make sure to request either the Main Building or Lodge as the dorms are designated by gender.
